Our Return Policy

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all original tags and manuals included.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that some items, such as clearance products or special orders, may not be eligible for return. See the "Exclusions" section below.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return, please email our support team at support@yardchest.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. We will cover all costs for returning and replacing damaged or incorrect items.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return: gift cards, clearance or final sale items, and special-order products.
