Our Price Match Promise

At Yard Chest, we are committed to offering you competitive prices. If you find an identical, in-stock product for a lower price from a qualifying U.S. retailer, we will do our best to match it. Please review the following guidelines to see if your item is eligible.

Eligibility Requirements

For a product to be eligible for a price match, it must meet all of the following criteria:

• The competitor must be an authorized U.S. retailer. We do not match prices from third-party marketplace sellers (e.g., sellers on Amazon, eBay).
• The product must be identical to the one sold on our site, including the brand, model number, color, and size.
• The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from both Yard Chest and the competitor's website at the time of the price match request.
• The price must be the final, advertised price. This includes shipping costs and any other fees. We will compare the total cost to your door.

Policy Exclusions

Our price match guarantee does not apply to the following:

• Clearance, closeout, liquidation, "going out of business," or refurbished items.
• Special promotions, such as bundled offers, rebates, financing offers, or "buy one, get one free" deals.
• Pricing errors made by a competitor.
• Prices from membership clubs or subscription services.
• Items sold during special holiday events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday).

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, please contact our customer support team before placing your order. Be ready to provide a direct link to the product on the competitor's website showing the lower price. Our team will review your request and verify the information.
